Katy is a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Artist and Licensed Esthetician located in the Knoxville TN area. In addition to attending Nouveau Contour for her permanent makeup education, Katy continues to educate herself in the newest techniques and styles in a constantly changing industry. Since 2018 Katy has dedicated herself to mastering many techniques in permanent makeup and completed over 1000 procedures. She has studied with many top Artist in the United States as well as the UK. In this industry many people have not realized that permanent makeup is not just a craft that can be taught but a form of art that requires much more than just learning techniques. Katy sets herself apart from many because of her artistic gift and knowledge of makeup application.
